jilib Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the jilib platform available at jilib.one (the "Platform"), you ("the User," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), the jilib Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement").

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close any jilib account you hold. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jilib with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between you and jilib relating to the subject matter hereof.

To be eligible to open and maintain a jilib account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is imposed by Philippine gambling regulations and is strictly enforced by jilib through KYC verification. jilib does not permit individuals under 21 to register, deposit, or place wagers.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a jilib employee or contractor.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or excluded by jilib, or be subject to any active self-exclusion arrangement with another licensed gaming operator, unless that exclusion has formally expired.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

jilib reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Providing false or misleading information to circumvent these eligibility requirements constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active jilib account. Opening, operating, or attempting to open multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances and bonuses being forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are obligated to keep this information updated at all times. jilib may request updated documentation whenever it has reason to believe that your account information is inaccurate or outdated.

jilib is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawal requests. Accepted Philippine government-issued identification documents include:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) PhilSys National ID
• Unified Multi-Purpose Identification (UMID) card
• Department of Transportation Land Transportation Office (LTO) driver's license
• Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) passport
• Social Security System (SSS) card

jilib may request proof of payment method, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), or a selfie with your identification document as part of enhanced due diligence. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by jilib may result in a temporary restriction on withdrawal until verification is completed.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jilib will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify jilib immediately if you believe your credentials have been compromised.

jilib employs 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication ("2FA"), login anomaly detection, and session timeout controls to protect your account. You are strongly advised to enable 2FA on your jilib account. While jilib implements reasonable security measures, you acknowledge that no online system can guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for ensuring that the device you use to access jilib is free from malware, keyloggers, and other malicious software. jilib will not be liable for losses attributable to security breaches originating on your device.

jilib reserves the right to lock or suspend your account if it detects unusual login patterns, suspected unauthorized access, or other anomalies that may indicate a security risk to your account. jilib will endeavour to contact you promptly in such circumstances.

jilib accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, USDT (Tether), and Coins.ph. Accepted payment methods and their respective minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your jilib account and may be updated from time to time.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. jilib reserves the right to return deposits that cannot be verified as originating from an account in your name.

jilib does not charge deposit fees on standard e-wallet transactions. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jilib accepts no responsibility. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to applicable network fees, which are not absorbed by jilib.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and that matches the name on your verified KYC documents. jilib does not permit withdrawals to third-party payment accounts under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 (or equivalent). Withdrawals are processed during standard operating hours. jilib aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. USDT withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.

jilib reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks, request additional documentation, or apply a temporary processing hold on withdrawals that exceed defined thresholds or are flagged by the platform's anti-money laundering ("AML") monitoring systems. jilib will notify you of any such hold and the estimated resolution timeline.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Only your real-money cash balance that has satisfied all applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn. Any attempt to withdraw before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

jilib offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP tier benefits, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions and to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion, which may include being a new player, a verified account holder, or holding a specific VIP tier.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered at least the stated number of times (the "wagering multiplier") before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the promotion page.
• Game Contributions: Different games contribute at different rates toward bonus wagering requirements. Live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate relative to slots. Specific contribution rates are listed in the applicable promotion terms.
• Time Limits: Bonus offers and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the promotion. Uncompleted bonuses will expire and be removed from your account upon the time limit expiry.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet per round may apply. Placing bets above the stated maximum bet while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Abuse: jilib reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and close accounts where it determines in its reasonable judgment that bonus abuse, exploitation of promotions, or collusion has occurred.

jilib reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to player accounts in good faith.

All bets placed on jilib are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant product, which are available within each game interface or betting market. These product-level rules are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

A bet is considered accepted and binding once jilib's system has confirmed acceptance and a bet reference number has been issued. jilib reserves the right to void bets placed as a result of a technical error, palpable pricing error, software malfunction, or in circumstances where the bet was placed in violation of these Terms.

jilib does not guarantee the availability of any particular game, market, or bet type at any given time. Maintenance, technical issues, or content updates may result in temporary unavailability of specific products. No compensation will be payable for temporary unavailability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance.

Sports betting markets offered on jilib, including table tennis, are governed by the sporting event rules as defined by the relevant governing body of that sport. Void bets, settlement adjustments, and rule interpretations will be applied in accordance with jilib's sports betting rules, which are available within the sports betting section of the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilib platform:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of any other person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to place bets, access the Platform, or otherwise interact with jilib systems.
• Engaging in or facilitating collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or loopholes. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating duplicate accounts to claim welcome bonuses, placing offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or participating in coordinated bonus exploitation.
• Using jilib in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilib staff or other players through any channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the jilib platform.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

jilib employs automated monitoring systems and human review processes to detect prohibited conduct. If jilib determines or reasonably suspects that prohibited conduct has occurred, it reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to void relevant bets, suspend account access pending investigation, close the account permanently, and withhold or recover any funds associated with the prohibited activity.

All content on the jilib platform, including but not limited to the jilib name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, game interfaces, and underlying code, is the intellectual property of jilib or its licensed third-party providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment and in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from jilib content; use jilib's name, logo, or branding in any commercial context; or scrape, mine, or otherwise extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of jilib's intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

jilib is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. The Platform is intended as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income. Gambling carries a risk of financial loss, and past results are not indicative of future outcomes.

jilib provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 30 days). During a cooling-off period, you cannot access your account or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the jilib platform. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period. To re-activate an account following a permanent self-exclusion, a formal re-application and review process applies, with a minimum exclusion period of 6 months.

jilib staff are trained to recognise signs of problem gambling. If jilib has reasonable grounds to believe that your gambling behaviour is harmful, it may apply account restrictions proactively, regardless of whether you have requested such restrictions. jilib may also contact you to discuss responsible gaming resources.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilib and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you or any third party for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Any loss of data, goodwill, or business opportunity;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages;
• Any losses arising from interruptions to the Platform, technical failures, or errors in game software not attributable to jilib's wilful misconduct;
• Any losses attributable to your failure to comply with these Terms.

Where jilib's liability cannot be excluded by law, jilib's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilib account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." jilib makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

You may close your jilib account at any time by submitting a request to our customer support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any pending bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to identity verification.

jilib reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, including without prior notice, if:

• You are found to have violated any provision of these Terms;
• jilib is required to do so by law, regulation, or a directive from a competent authority;
• jilib determines that continued operation of your account presents an unacceptable legal, regulatory, or reputational risk;
• jilib ceases operations or discontinues the service.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, jilib reserves the right to withhold the balance in accordance with Clause 9 above. jilib will provide notice of closure and the reason where it is legally permissible to do so.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact jilib customer support to seek an informal resolution. jilib aims to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint submitted to [email protected].

If a dispute is not resolved informally within 30 days of submission, you agree that such disputes shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under applicable Philippine arbitration rules, unless the claim is of a type that may be brought before the appropriate courts of the Philippines pursuant to mandatory applicable law.

jilib reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilib will provide notice by publishing the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date, and where practicable, by sending a notification to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms regularly to remain informed of any changes. jilib recommends reviewing this page whenever you access the Platform after any period of absence.
